Our solution offers companies the opportunity to make company vehicle leasing simpler and more error-free while reducing the administrative workload for the HR department. HR clerks can use scdsoft’s own SAP HCM Vehicle infotype to record and maintain all relevant information on the various vehicle types.

The infotype automatically distinguishes between different vehicle types (e-car, plug-in hybrid, bicycle, e-bike, etc.) and automatically calculates the monetary benefits for the employee’s tax as well as the correct basis for determining the VAT to be paid. Seamless integration into your existing SAP HCM payroll accounting and automatic transfer of information to the FI system saves you time and avoids potential sources of error.
