With the scdsoft Certification Service, you can provide your workforce with all HR certificates in a central employee self-service application – available at the touch of a button, accessible at any time, and always up to date. All certificates from the SAP HCM system can be integrated. This reduces the administrative workload for your HR department, saves printing costs, and protects the environment.

The user accesses his/her classic employee certifications via one central service. Further customer-specific or SAP-standard certifications can be added to the add-on.

Secure and mobile

The certifications can directly be viewed within the tool or requested via e-mail. Every user can define individual subscriptions for an automated dispatch of his or her certifications. The data privacy guidelines are being guaranteed through a password protection of the PDF file when sending an e-mail.

Besides the classical Web Dynpro ABAP application, the Certification Service also is available for SAP Fiori. This makes the access with mobile devices easy and convenient. At any time and from anywhere.
