Step 1
- Scheduling job chains spontaneously or at fixed times
- A storage report (Payroll Pilot) is inserted between the individual steps of a job chain.
Step 2: Save SPOOLs in directories or download them
Step 3: Save in SAP Office (SBWP)
Step 4: Save as a PDF file in the SAP directory
Step 5: Save as a PDF file on your local drive/network drive
Step 6: Send as a PDF file via email
