With the scdsoft Fiori Reporting Cockpit, we are closing a functional gap in the SAP Fiori portfolio.
Managers were used to viewing evaluations of their employees via ALV lists (MSS). This option, which was available with Web Dynpro ABAP, was no longer available with SAP Fiori. The “Manager’s Desktop” will also no longer be available in the future with SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4). To close this gap, we have developed a Fiori Reporting Cockpit that displays selected reports on employees to managers.
The application can be populated with existing SAP reports and queries.

Everything collected in one central MSS application
The manager accesses the subordinate employees via a central manager self-service. The existing roles and authorizations are of course observed.
Always up-to-date
The evaluation is executed at runtime with a click. This means that the current data from the SAP ERP HCM system is always available to the manager.
Mobile-enabled with SAP Fiori
The Reporting Cockpit is only available for SAP Fiori. This makes access easy and convenient – with your smartphone 24/7 and from anywhere.
