As an SAP HCM Senior Consultant (m/f/d), you’ll be the linchpin for complex HR IT landscapes. You’ll guide our clients through the entire project lifecycle—from the initial design phase through technical implementation to the successful handoff to support.

• End-to-End Project Work: You will manage challenging projects, including SAP HCM implementations, H4S4 migrations, complex transformations, and the implementation of core hybrid scenarios with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Support & Optimization: You will serve as an expert in the classic SAP HCM modules (PA, PT, PY, OM) and work to sustainably optimize our clients’ existing application landscapes.

• Cross-functional projects: You’ll have the opportunity to actively contribute your expertise to exciting niche topics such as SAP ILM, GDPR compliance, and authorization concepts.

• Project Management & Client Management: You’ll take on technical project management and serve as the trusted primary point of contact for our existing clients.

• Knowledge Transfer: You will train key users, ensure user acceptance, and always keep an eye on the latest technological developments (SAP trends & HR innovations) for our clients.

• In-depth expertise: You have several years of in-depth practical experience working with SAP HCM modules (PA, PT, PY, OM). Ideally, you’ve already gained some initial experience with modern SAP technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, BTP, Fiori, or S/4HANA.

• Project DNA: You are accustomed to leading and organizing (sub)projects independently. Your approach to work is always structured, goal-oriented, and characterized by a strong commitment to quality.

• Consulting with Personality: As the primary point of contact for our clients, you’ll impress with your confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a strong customer focus.

• Professional Background: You hold a degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification.

• Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level) for international project contexts.

• Mindset: You work independently, are a true team player, and enjoy continuously familiarizing yourself with new technological trends.
