Responsibilities | Challenges | Opportunities
- You will work on projects from conception and implementation to go-live (e.g. SAP HCM transformations, SAP Fiori and SuccessFactors applications, SAP BTP developments)
- Implementation, development and further development of our scdsoft SAP HCM add-on solutions
- Close cooperation with our consulting team in SAP HCM projects
- You will take on project management tasks and be the main contact person for our national and international customers in the area of SAP HCM
- You will keep an eye on the latest developments in HR and SAP technologies
Qualifications | Skills | Personality
- You are full of drive, work independently with a high level of quality awareness
- Confident and convincing appearance, communication skills and strong team skills
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working paired with a customer-oriented personality
- Several years of sound practical experience in data modeling, backend service development (focus: ABAP) through to UI development (HTML/JavaScript with UI5)
- Creation of technical specifications and their implementation in the ABAP development environment and/or Visual Studio Code
- Practical experience with SAP technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, BTP, S/4HANA
- Understanding of processes in the HCM module
- Degree in (business) informatics, natural sciences, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of German (C1 level) and good knowledge of English (B2 level)
