You are the technical anchor of our projects. With us, you won’t just develop for clients—you’ll also actively help shape our own software strategy.

Your focus areas:

• End-to-end project work: You’ll support our clients from initial conception through technical implementation to successful go-live—whether for SAP HCM transformations, Fiori applications, or complex BTP developments.

• Product Development: You’ll work on the implementation and continuous enhancement of our scdsoft-proprietary SAP HCM add-on solutions. Here, you can contribute your own ideas and help shape the roadmap for our products.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You serve as the liaison to our consulting team and translate specialized HR requirements into excellent technical solutions.

• Project Management & Client Management: You will take on specialized project management tasks and serve as the primary technical point of contact for our national and international clients.

• Technology Radar: You’ll stay on top of the latest trends in human resources as well as technological developments in the SAP ecosystem and evaluate their potential applications for our clients.

• Full-stack technical expertise: You have several years of solid hands-on experience—ranging from data modeling to backend service development (with a focus on ABAP) to UI development (HTML/JavaScript with UI5).

• Technical Specifications: You are proficient in creating technical concepts and implementing them in classic ABAP environments as well as in modern tools such as Visual Studio Code.

• SAP Expertise: You have practical experience with SAP technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, BTP, or S/4HANA and possess a deep understanding of HR processes.

• Personality & Work Style: You work independently with a strong commitment to quality and are a true team player with a confident demeanor.

• Background & Languages: Bachelor’s degree (computer science, natural sciences, business administration, or similar). You communicate confidently in German (C1) and English (B2).
