Our solution offers companies the opportunity to make company vehicle leasing simpler and more error-free while reducing the administrative workload for the HR department. HR clerks can use scdsoft’s own SAP HCM Vehicle infotype to record and maintain all relevant information on the various vehicle types.
The infotype automatically distinguishes between different vehicle types (e-car, plug-in hybrid, bicycle, e-bike, etc.) and automatically calculates the monetary benefits for the employee’s tax as well as the correct basis for determining the VAT to be paid. Seamless integration into your existing SAP HCM payroll accounting and automatic transfer of information to the FI system saves you time and avoids potential sources of error.

Using the infotype company vehicles makes it easier for HR departments to manage and handle company vehicle leasing. It makes it easier to maintain different vehicle types with all relevant information, with the correct gross list price, leasing rates and allowances. This saves time and reduces the risk of errors.
Differentiation of vehicle types for correct taxation and accounting
The infotype company vehicles makes it possible to distinguish between different vehicle types, including electric cars, plug-in hybrids, bicycles and e-bikes/pedelecs. In addition, precise details are printed on the payslip and correct taxation is automated.
Correct mapping and automatic calculation in the SAP HCM system
The assessment threshold is defined automatically and the non-cash benefits are differentiated by vehicle type. This avoids manual reduction of the gross list price and thus possible errors. Seamless integration into SAP HCM payroll accounting also enables automatic transfer to the accounting system (e.g. SAP FI). This ensures error-free calculation of the VAT due.
