scdsoft Statement on the Current COVID-19 Situation

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

The current situation regarding the spread of COVID-19 and especially the recent developments of the past few days are a matter of concern for all of us.

 

We would like to inform you about how we at scdsoft AG are handling the current situation to continue meeting our commitments to our customers with the usual quality.

 

In accordance with the general recommendations, the majority of our employees are already working from home. Each of our employees is equipped with a modern IT infrastructure (laptop, headset, softphone, etc.). This allows access to the entire network and server landscape of scdsoft AG from any location via VPN connection. Therefore, system access to your SAP systems is always guaranteed. All experts and contact persons are reachable without restrictions via the phone numbers and email addresses you are familiar with, as well as through our service desk tool. We have Skype for Business and TeamViewer available for online meetings and desktop sharing. In accordance with our IT guidelines (“Technical and Organizational Measures”), the agreed rules for compliance with, for example, GDPR and IT security are fully maintained.

 

Our company culture revolves around quality, competence, and customer satisfaction. We maintain this standard even in these challenging times. Agreements will be upheld as usual, and projects will be carried out as mutually agreed with you. With the conditions described above, we hope to maintain the availability of our experts even in these uncertain times. Rest assured, we will continue to ensure compliance with our contractual obligations for SAP HCM Application Management and the support of our add-on solutions.
