1) Presentation of the SAP HXM Strategy
- We bring you up to date on the SAP HXM strategy.
- We inform you about both the end of maintenance for ECC and ‘H4S4,’ SAP SuccessFactors, and their functionalities.
- We present possible hosting models to you.
2). Analysis Phase
- We want to understand your current situation.
- Where are you currently, and where do you want to go in the future?
- What should your HR transformation look like?
3). Possible Strategy
- Based on our collaborative workshops, we will develop a strategy and recommendations for you.
- We will outline possible steps and provide you with milestones.
Scope:
- 2x 4-hour joint workshop (conducted by scdsoft)
- Preparation and development of the presentation
Output:
- We will present the results of our analysis and our recommendations to you in a 2-hour presentation.
- Compilation of the results in a management summary.
