Responsibilities | Challenges | Opportunities
- Undertake (partial) project leadership tasks and serve as a point of contact for our nationally and internationally active clients.
- Evaluate, plan, and implement sophisticated SAP HCM projects from conception to go-live, handing over to application support.
- Develop and enhance SAP HCM applications, both in classic SAP HCM modules like PA, PT, PY, or OM, and in conjunction with new technologies like SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori.
- Stay attuned to the latest developments in HR and SAP technologies.
- Provide guidance and training to our clients’ key users.

You bring substantial practical experience in SAP HCM module maintenance, with a focus on PA, PT, PY, OM. Initial experience with cloud solutions like SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous. Experience in leading and organizing (partial) projects is desirable. Strong understanding of business processes is a must. A background in (business) informatics, natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable qualification is preferred. Proficiency in both spoken and written German, along with good English skills, is essential.
