Responsibilities | Challenges | Opportunities
- Contribute to diverse projects within the SAP HCM domain for our national and international clients.
- Embrace challenges as a full-stack developer: from data modeling and backend service development (OData) to UI development (HTML/JavaScript with UI5).
- Craft technical specifications and implement them in the ABAP development environment and/or SAP Web IDE.
- Analyze, create, and realize web or mobile applications based on functional requirements within the SAP HCM domain, in close collaboration with our consultants.
- Identify and rectify errors, optimize existing processes through extensions and adaptations.
- Assume responsibility for upcoming topics in the SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform realms.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our proprietary SAP HCM add-on solutions.

You bring several years of professional experience in the described field of responsibilities, with a strong understanding of processes within the HCM module. You also possess initial experience in SAP UI5 or Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform (SAP certification is advantageous). Proficiency in a programming language such as ABAP, JavaScript, C, or C++ is essential. Strong understanding of business processes is a must. A background in (business) informatics, natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable qualification is preferred. Proficiency in both spoken and written German, along with good English skills, is essential.
