Responsibilities | Challenges | Opportunities
- You’ll support projects for our nationally and internationally active clients, consistently building specialized expertise in the SAP HCM field.
- Gradually assume ownership and advise clients on technical matters, while developing and realizing customized requirements.
- Independently contribute to projects, from conception to handover for subsequent support.
- Engage in software development using state-of-the-art technologies.
- Assist in extending and optimizing SAP functionalities and our add-on solutions.
- Contribute to customization, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues within existing developments.

You should hold a degree in (business) informatics, natural sciences, business administration, or a similar field. While not required, prior experience with SAP and proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP, JavaScript, C++ would be advantageous. Solid understanding of business processes is highly regarded. Proficiency in both spoken and written German, as well as good English skills, is crucial.
