Responsibilities | Challenges | Opportunities
- You’ll support projects for our national and international clients, continuously building expertise in SAP HCM.
- Collaborate with experienced consulting colleagues to jointly analyze customer requirements, translate them into technical or functional concepts, and implement them in the SAP HCM system.
- Engage in projects from conception to post-implementation support, gradually assuming project responsibilities.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in personnel management and SAP technologies.
- Provide support and training to our clients’ key users.

A confident and convincing demeanor, effective communication skills, and strong teamwork are essential attributes. Your approach should be structured and goal-oriented, combined with a customer-centric personality. A zest for new challenges and a constant drive for improvement are key qualities we value.
You should hold a degree in (business) informatics, natural sciences, business administration, or a similar field. While not required, prior experience with SAP and proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP, JavaScript, C++ would be advantageous. Solid understanding of business processes is highly regarded. Proficiency in both spoken and written German, as well as good English skills, is crucial.
